Occupation: Councilman
Over the past four years, we have worked hard to make West Covina a vibrant, safe, and proud city. As your current Councilman, I am proud of what we have accomplished together:
- Strengthened City Finances: Increased the City's financial reserves from $9 million to more than $24 million while maintaining a balanced budget through responsible fiscal management.
- Supported Local Businesses: Attracted new businesses and investment to create jobs, strengthen our local economy, and expand services for residents.
- Enhanced Public Safety: Hired 20 additional police officers and expanded emergency response capabilities by acquiring one quint truck, two fire engines, and five ambulances.
- Improved Infrastructure: Invested in parks, streets, traffic improvements, ADA accessibility, and neighborhood beautification to enhance residents' quality of life.
Over the next four years, I will continue working to build a:
- Safe City – Strengthen public safety to keep our neighborhoods clean, secure, and welcoming.
- Vibrant City – Deliver responsive, customer-focused city services while supporting economic growth and community development.
- Proud City – Position West Covina as a premier destination for business, entertainment, education, and the arts.
