Prop. Management</p><p dir=\"auto\">I am Raycine Ector, a District 5 resident, mother of four, housing professional, and community advocate running for Palmdale City Council.</p><p dir=\"auto\">For more than ten years, I have worked in housing and property management, helping residents navigate affordable housing requirements, inspections, recertifications, lease issues, and day-to-day property concerns. This work taught me that good public service depends on listening carefully, applying rules fairly, and following through.</p><p dir=\"auto\">I currently serve in local civil rights leadership, previously led criminal justice advocacy, and have served on a community advisory committee focused on public safety. I am also pursuing paralegal studies and have completed public-policy and leadership training.</p><p dir=\"auto\">My priorities are safer neighborhoods, responsible action on illegal mini bike activity, better access to housing and youth opportunities, support for local businesses, transparent spending and constituent service that is accessible and responsive.<br dir=\"auto\">I will work collaboratively, ask difficult questions, communicate honestly, and represent every District 5 resident with fairness and accountability.</p><p dir=\"auto\">Practical leadership.
