After serving my country as a United States Marine Corps Officer, I knew my commitment to service had to continue here at home, in the community that raised me. It has been an honor and privilege to serve our City of Lynwood over the past two years.
On the City Council, I helped:
- Bring in a new administration that raised professional standards, improved the workplace for city employees, and strengthened services for residents.
- Reduce the City's budget deficit from $9.8 million to $1.8 million, while continuing the work to close the remaining gap.
- Make Lynwood more stable and attractive to businesses that can bring new investment and opportunity.
- Deliver Financial Literacy Workshops that teach children and families how to save, budget, and build a stronger future together.
When immigration raids brought fear and uncertainty to our neighborhoods, I stood beside Lynwood families. I defended due process and connected residents with trusted information and resources because no one should feel alone or unprotected in the community they call home.
My commitment to Lynwood is personal. I will continue leading with integrity, compassion, and fiscal responsibility to build a safer, stronger city where families, employees, and businesses can thrive.
