As a Labor Organizer with UNITE HERE Local 11, I fight every day, so workers earn fair wages and are treated with dignity and respect. I bring that fight to the City Council.

I co-authored the Lynwood Values Act to protect our immigrant families. I helped deliver nearly 200 new homes, including a 100% affordable housing project. I won a $25 healthcare worker living wage and championed converting an empty gas station into the new Northgate Market. I secured nearly $15 million for new parks and community investment, and led Lynwood into the Clean Power Alliance for cleaner, more affordable energy.

There is more work to do. I'll keep pushing for more housing opportunities so families can afford to stay, and young people can start building a future of their own here, safer neighborhoods built on trust between residents and law enforcement, and new economic development and jobs. I'll fight for accountability and transparency and keep bringing state and federal resources home to Lynwood.

It has been an honor to serve. I ask for your vote to keep fighting for Lynwood.
