I previously served as President of Vision Burbank and President of the Burbank Fair Housing PAC.</p><p dir=\"auto\">I am a Burbank Chamber of Commerce member and serve on the Burbank Association of Realtors Legislative Committee. I want to ensure we retain the charm and personality of Burbank, which is why it is important to push back against government overreach when it comes to removing 2 lanes of traffic on Olive Ave. I will advocate for increased incentives for local production, reducing the hoops required for tax credits, and reducing permit fees.</p><p dir=\"auto\">I am fighting for your property rights and against multistory apartments without required parking, which will result in over $1 billion in local infrastructure improvements.</p><p dir=\"auto\">I would be honored to have your vote.</p>","editTs":"2026-09-29T20:21:31.092992","language":"EN","status":4,"contestId":10425,"electionId":4348,"candidateId":26684,"publishedBy":69,"statementId":60858,"createdBy":69,"lastChangeBy":69,"publicCandidate":null}]
